10 Reasons to Attend the Member Meeting: #5 ARM Updates

September 21, 2018

This fall, we’re bringing the ARM Membership together to work on solving complicated issues affecting manufacturing. This in-person meeting is critical to our annual activities and will connect representatives from our more than 160 member organizations that include academia, industry, and government. In prior weeks, we’ve outlined various reasons to attend including networking, a session for stakeholders, council and committee meetings, and our new member session.

Reason #4 to Attend: ARM Updates

Over the past year, we’ve made a lot of progress and during the ARM Updates session we will outline what’s new and next from a members benefits standpoint. From last year’s re-branding to the May launch of our digital Member Community, we are constantly looking for ways to improve and expand upon ARM offerings to better serve our members’ needs. This fall, we plan to reveal a new component to our Member Community which will act as a robust knowledge repository for all things robotics, education/workforce, and manufacturing. You’ll learn more about this project and other enhancements to the member community during this session.

Additionally, we will be sharing the results from our Member Priority survey, which closes Sept. 21. Members received a link to the survey through email and this can also be accessed in the Member Meeting tab on our Community. Responses to this are critical as the feedback provided will inform our near-term priorities.

As a reminder, registration is officially open. This meeting is free and open to members only. A link to registration, our agenda, and room block information can all be found on the Community under the Member Meeting tab in the top navigation. Not a member, but interested in participating?
