Event Agenda

While our detailed agenda is forthcoming, you can expect our event to generally follow the start and end times below:

  • Tuesday, November 17: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM presented by the Italian Trade Agency
  • Wednesday, November 18: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM presented by Corsha
  • Thursday, November 19: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
    • This year, to extend our networking time and to accomodate our growing event, we will host both receptions at the Wyndham Grand rather than traveling to our Pittsburgh headquarters. However, we will offer optional tours of our facility on the afternoon of November 19 with self-travel to our facility. Separate registration for this will be provided closer to our event.

Activities at a Glance

Stay tuned for our detailed agenda! At a glance, you can expect:

  • Expert keynote presenters representing insights from industry and government leadership
  • Our immensely popular five-minute pitch sessions that rapidly introduce you to new collaborators
  • Extended networking time and curated networking activities to widen your network
  • Updates about ARM Institute funded projects and ways you can get involved
  • Special celebratory activities and content in recognition of our 10th Member Meeting
  • Our Champions Awards Dinner taking place Nov. 18 and a robust Opening Night Reception on Nov. 17
  • Interactive activities during each of our concurrent Technology and Education/Workforce Development Break-Out sessions to inform ARM Institute priorities and activities

Plenary Sessions Complemented by Two Concurrent Focused Tracks

Bridging the divides between technology efforts and education/workforce development (EWD) efforts is foundational to the ARM Institute’s success. We will again feature plenary sessions in the mornings of November 17, 18, and 19 and complement the general sessions with concurrent Technology and Education & Workforce Development Tracks in the afternoons of November 17 and November 18 to allow for focused collaboration in these areas.

If you are interested in both tracks, we suggest sending two representatives.

Dynamic & Dedicated Networking

Our event features extensive networking time with a dedicated and unique audience comprised of subject matter experts across industry, government, and academia. The Member Meeting will again feature extended networking breaks, dedicated networking time during our meals in the Member Showcase Hall, and two robust networking receptions: an opening night reception and a celebratory ARM Champions Awards Dinner reception. Both are included in your registration.

Networking is one of the top reasons ARM Members attend our event. We convene a robust and engaged event audience that enables impactful collaboration in an unique pre-competitive space. Our 500 member organization consortium includes manufacturers of all sizes, government entities, start-ups, technology providers, research universities, community colleges, non-profit organizations, and more.

Champion Awards Dinner sponsored by Yaskawa

Group photo of the ARM Institute's 2025 class of champions holding trophiesThe ARM Institute Champion Awards recognize individual members who have gone above and beyond to advocate for and further the ARM Institute’s mission. ARM Champions are recognized with an award in-person during our Annual Member Meeting’s seated Champions Dinner taking place on the second night of our event. Champions are selected from our nomination process by the ARM Institute team.

In addition to the seated dinner, the ARM Champions Awards Dinner will feature pre-dinner and post-dinner networking in the Member Showcase Hall!

Thank you to ARM Member Yaskawa for sponsoring our 2026 ARM Champions Awards Dinner! Roger Christian and Clint Chapman from Yaskawa have both been celebrated as ARM Champions at previous ARM Member Meetings.

You may nominate yourself or another ARM Member for a Champion Award. Submit your nomination by June 30, 2026.

NEW Hall of Fame Award

New for this year, and in celebration of our 10th Annual Member Meeting, we will be introducing a new ARM Member Hall of Fame! This award will recognize a previously awarded ARM Champion for outstanding dedication to the ARM Institute’s mission. We will name one Hall of Fame inductee each year who will be selected by the ARM Institute team.

Our first inductee will be announced during our Champions Awards Dinner.

Opening Night Networking Reception

The ARM Institute Member Meeting feels like a reunion where the greatest minds across industry, government, and academia meet to drive the future of US manufacturing. Our Opening Night Reception acts as the kick-off to our 10th Annual Member Meeting, providing time for our Members to network within the Member Showcase Hall and celebrate the ARM Institute’s impact over the past ten years.

Want to sponsor our Opening Night Reception? This sponsor will get high visibility signage at our reception, a branded dessert, the opportunity to provide printed materials and show a video prior to the reception opening, and priority Member Showcase Hall placement with a 6ft table provided for the sponsor to demo tabletop technology.

Email us at [email protected] to explore this sponsorship and others.

Five Minute Pitches

Attendees gather at tables and look at a screen during the Member MeetingYour innovation on the stage – apply to present a five minute pitch!

The Five-Minute Pitch Sessions at our Annual Member Meeting are some of the most popular parts of our event! A Five-Minute Pitch is your opportunity to rapidly introduce yourself to our entire audience, filled with experts across industry, government, and academia. Each year, our Members look forward to these pitches as a way to get to know as many ARM Members as possible.

A good pitch is actionable, speaks to the impact for experts across industry, government, and academia, and, of course, can be conveyed in five minutes. Your pitch can be:

  • a broad overview of your organization
  • a problem that you’d like the consortium’s help in solving
  • a targeted overview of a product, capability, service, etc.

You may submit an application even if you have presented a pitch in the past; however, the pitch is expected to be different from what you previously presented. We will prioritize organizations that have not presented a five-minute pitch during our Annual Meeting.

Complete your application by Jun 30, 2026 to be considered. Pitches are limited to one per organization. Submitting your application does not guarantee that you will be selected. We will select pitches from the applications that we believe will provide the most value to our event attendees.

Apply to present a five minute pitch here

Following your pitch, a video recording will be made available and added to your organization’s profile on the ARM Member Community.

Member Meeting Pricing

ARM Members must be in good standing with all membership invoices paid to attend our Member Meeting. Additionally, we have introduced a nominal registration fee for our event this year.

While we are introducing this fee, we also aim to keep our event accessible so as many member organizations as possible can participate. We’ve done this first by keeping the registration fee low as compared to similar industry events. We also opted to provide further discounts for higher paying member levels and for early commitment to help ease any financial strain.

Additionally, by providing five free registrations to those who opt to secure a sponsorship and/or Member Showcase Table, we are offering a way to augment your presence at our event and further connections made while still helping to cover costs.

People gather and talk in the Member Showcase Hall

  • “We have over 400 people here [at the 2024 Annual Member Meeting] – that shows you the strength of the ARM Institute and it’s all these opportunities, not only to learn about what is going on in the community but also what’s coming next. What’s the next big thing we’re all going to be working on together and then making that a reality.” – Aaron Prather, Director of Robotics and Autonomous Systems Programs at ASTM International
  • “At this meeting today, you have university professors and researchers, you have start-up technology companies, you have people like myself in the manufacturing industry, you have educators making curriculum, and they’re all here sitting at tables together talking so you get that whole picture and there’s really no other place to do that. – Curtis Richardson, Technical Fellow at Spirit Aerosystems
  • “The uniqueness of this event is born in the fact that our competitors are here and that we are all together in this.” – Clint Chapman, Director of Educational Workforce Development at Yaskawa
  • “These are some of the brightest minds in the industry that show up for this event and I get goosebumps to just be involved and the opportunity to meet and network. We also have the ability to learn a lot about what key suppliers in our industry are doing that we would have never known about.” – Laura Evans, Senior District Manager at FANUC
  • “One of my favorite things about this meeting is the Five Minute Pitches. I take copious notes on that and usually go home with a book full of notes about all these new members that are new to me that we should be working with and that will have the opportunity to collaborate with on project proposals and other projects.” – Curtis Richardson, Technical Fellow at Spirit Aerosystems
  • “At the Member Meeting, CCAC has an opportunity to share collaboration tips and tricks with representatives from companies, and we always leave the event with at least five (5) new relationships. Some companies will come to CCAC for training, some individuals will sign up to be adjunct faculty members, some partners will extend job offers to current students or recent graduates. For those reasons, we never miss an ARM Institute Annual Member Meeting.” -Justin Starr, Endowed Professor of Advanced Technology at ARM Member Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC)
  • “The event provided an excellent platform for us to connect with other industry leaders, share our insights on cybersecurity solutions, and showcase our latest innovations. The networking opportunities were invaluable, allowing us to form new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships. Overall, the event helped us share and learn important industry insights and demonstrated the collaborative spirit of the ARM community.” – Anusha Iyer, CEO & Founder of  Corsha
  • “At an ARM Institute Member Meeting, we met HII-NNS (the largest military shipbuilding company in the US). They were first intrigued by our platform to visualize their multiple R&D roadmaps. We continue to work across various areas within their organization to increase the speed of building naval assets.” – Lou Troilo, SharpCloud
