ARM Hosts Manufacturing Day Discussion
Today’s manufacturers are looking to fill 4.6 million high-skill, high-tech and high-paying jobs over the next decade. Many of these jobs don’t require advanced degrees and significant student loans. They are also in very diverse environments – from manufacturers of all sizes, companies that make products for manufacturers, and organizations that offer training for manufacturing careers.
To mark Manufacturing Day 2020, ARM co-hosted a virtual panel discussion, available to watch above, with ARM Member Catalyst Connection detailing how robotics has created new career opportunities in manufacturing
Moderator: Linda Wood, ARM Sr. Certification Manager
Panelists:
Andre Swain from RE2 Robotics
Melissa Cushey from Oberg Industries
Oliver Liburd from Premier Automation
Scott Santoro Senior at Carnegie Mellon University
