ARM Institute Issues New Education/Workforce Project Call

January 9, 2026

This week, the ARM Institute released our new Education & Workforce Development (EWD) Project Call that allows ARM Institute Members to apply for and undergo the ARM Endorsement evaluation process for manufacturing training programs that teach robotics skills at no cost. The ARM Institute’s Endorsement Program, powered by RoboticsCareer.org, recognizes the nation’s most effective training programs for robotics careers in manufacturing.

There are 16,700+ training programs listed on RoboticsCareer.org, but how do students and workers find training that has been endorsed by industry subject matter experts? That’s where the ARM Endorsement badge comes in to promote programs that are proven to be effective. This Project Call enables ARM Members to apply for Endorsement at no cost.

While our Project Call is publicly available, you must be an ARM Member to submit a proposal. Learn more about membership here or email us at [email protected].

About ARM Institute Endorsement

More than 119,000 visitors leveraged RoboticsCareer.org in 2025 to connect to jobs, training, and other robotics resources for manufacturing. Based on current usage numbers, we expect that within the next few years, RoboticsCareer.org will be accessed by over 500,000 users, help fill over 10,000 jobs, and benefit the training of over 10,000 future roboticists. ARM Institute Endorsement allows the nation’s best training programs to connect to our engaged audience of training and job seekers, helping programs to increase visibility and enrollment in their programs.

Programs that are evaluated and selected to receive endorsement are featured at the top of search results for training programs on RoboticsCareer.org. These programs also receive additional outreach resources, including inclusion in RoboticsCareer.org blog posts and additional search engine optimization (SEO) benefits applied to their pages. Contacts from the Endorsed program are invited to join the ARM Institute’s Endorsement Council, which shares best practices and provides key input into the Endorsement program.

Additionally, students who graduate from an ARM Institute Endorsed Training Program can add the Endorsement badge to their job seeker profile upon completion of the program – giving them an advantage when employers search our talent database.

Programs are evaluated by industry subject matter experts in the areas of:

  • Relevance to the industry
  • Effective Curriculum
  • Training Efficiency
  • Impact of the Program
  • Program Sustainability
  • Transportability
  • Benefits of ARM Institute Endorsement

Learn more about Endorsement and see a full list of Endorsed Programs here.
