Train OH: Earn-and-Learn Model for the Innovation Economy

Project

This project contains two primary objectives: (1) leverage industry leadership to create a program that results in hirable manufacturing talent and (2) establish a satellite location for people to engage with ARM programs and opportunities. Specifically, this program works to engage with populations from economically distressed communities that are at higher risk for unemployment. The outcomes generated from this project include course materials and webinar and workshop content.

Objective

Train underrepresented populations from economically distressed communities for careers in advanced manufacturing using and earn-and-learn model.
